Baked chicken legs with slow cooker rice

- 1.5 pounds of chicken legs ((4 pieces))
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups of jasmine rice
- 3 1/2 cups broth
Instructions
- Olive oil and butter in a gold multicooker pan
- Mix the seasonings
- Place the chicken, skin down, in the hot pan and sear until golden and crisp, 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and repeat
- Transfer to the slow cooker with the cooking juices
- Add chicken broth and cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove the chicken and stir the rice
