Air Fryér Fried Chickén 








ingrédients
Marinadé

  • ½ whole chickén cut into separate pieces (breast, thigh, wing and thigh)
  • ½ cup hot saucé
  • ½ cup buttérmilk

séasoning

  • ¾ cup of all-purposé flour
  • 2 c. 1 tsp séasoning salt
  • 1 téaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 téaspoon onion powder
  • 1 C. 1 tsp Italian séasoning
  • ½ téaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Oil for spraying canola or végetables


*Instructions

  • Place thé chicken pieces in buttermilk and hot sauce. Place in the fridge and marinate at any time for 1 to 24 hours.
  • Whisk togéther the all-purpose flour, seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Put aside.
  • Placé a parchment liner in the basket of the air fryer.
  • Remové a piece of chicken from the buttermilk mixture and place in the flour mixture, coating all sides of the chicken and shaking off any excess flour. Place the chickén pieces in the basket in a single layer.
  • Closé the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 390 degrees Fahrenheit and the timer to 25 minutes. Start the air fryer.
  • Aftér 13 minutes, open the air fryer and spray the flour stains on the chicken. Turn the chicken over and spray the oil on the other side, making sure all the flour stains aré covered. Close the Air fryer and cook for another 12 minutes.
  • When thé timer is finished, open the air fryer and check the chicken pieces with a quick read thermometer. Chicken is made when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 dégrees at the thickest part of the chicken.

Chééseburgér soup #yummy #soup

Chééseburgér soup


ingrédients

  • 2 cups potatoés, peeled and cubed
  • 2 carrots, peéled and grated
  • 1 small onion, choppéd
  • 1 garlic clove, mincéd
  • 1 1/2 cups of watér
  • 1 tabléspoon beef broth granules (about 4 cubes)
  • 1/2 téaspoon salt
  • 1 pound ground beef, brownéd and drained
  • 2 1/2* cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons all-purposé flour
  • 8 oz Velveeta, cubéd
  • 1/2 lb bacon, cookéd and crumbled


Instructions*

  • Brown and crumbled ground béef. Drain excess fat and set aside. Combine the first 8 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender. Stir in beef and 2 cups of milk.
  • In a small bowl, whisk togéther the flour and the remaining 1/2 cup of milk until smooth. Gradually stir in the soup.
  • Bring to a boil; cook 2 minutés or until thickened and bubbles forming, stirring constantly (so that the mixture does not burn.) Reduce the heat; add cheese and stir until completely melted. Garnish with bacon.

Salmon Burgérs 










ingrédients

  • 1 pound bonéless skinless salmon
  • 1 tabléspoon mayonnaise
  • 2 téaspoons of Dijon mustard
  • Zést of a lemon
  • 2 gréen onions, chopped
  • ½ cup bréadcrumbs
  • Salt and black pépper
  • 2 tabléspoons olive oil
  • Bun, lettucé and tartar sauce for serving


*Instructions

  • Cut thé salmon into large pieces and place it in the bowl of a food processor. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and lemon zest and mix, stopping to scrape the sides if necéssary, until the mixture becomes pasty.
  • Stir in gréen onions and breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper.
  • Form four burgér patties.
  • Héat olive oil over medium heat on a large non-stick skillet with olive oil. Cook the salmon burgers for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, turning them once.
  • Sérve on hamburger buns with tartar sauce and lettuce, if desired.

Rotisserie Chicken Skillet

When people find out that my husband Jack and I are food bloggers, it usually starts a very interesting conversation. We have found that most people are very passionate about eating good food - but so many of the people we have spoken with often do not have much time to devote to cooking to prepare dinner these days.




INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken, or 3 ½ cups cooked chicken meat
  • ½ cup orzo pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
  • 2 cups carrots cut on the bias
  • 1 cup onion cut into thick strips
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS :




  • Pick the meat from the cooked chicken and roughly cut up and set aside.
  • In a large dry skillet pan over medium high cook orzo until lightly browned; about 3 minutes stirring frequently.
  • Remove browned orzo to a bowl and add oil to hot pan.
  • Add carrots and onion and sauté for 4 minutes.
  • Add orzo back in along with stock, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cover and reduce heat to a medium simmer and simmer to cook the orzo, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Uncover and add parsley, peas, and cream along with cooked chicken.
  • Increase heat and cook just to bring the dish to temperature and incorporate the ingredients.
  • Serve with grated Parmesan sprinkled over the top.

20 Minute Skillet Chicken and Spinach Parmesan

Chicken and spinach with parmesan in the pan 20 minutes - the simplest and most delicious dinner ever!




Ingredients :

  • 2 lbs small chicken cutlets or breast filets 6 - 8 pieces of chicken
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Ragú® Old World Style® Traditional Sauce
  • 2 cup baby spinach chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella grated

Instructions :

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Combine panko and parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
  • Coat the chicken with the bread crumb mixture pressing gently to adhere.
  • Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the cutlets (do in batches to avoid crowding) and cook 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. (Wipe skillet before repeating with remaining chicken pieces.)
  • Remove chicken from skillet and pour half of the pasta sauce onto the bottom of the skillet.
  • Gently lay the chicken on top.
  • Top each piece of chicken with a couple tablespoons of sauce, 1/4 cup chopped spinach, and two tablespoons of mozzarella. Just spoon and sprinkle till it looks right 🙂
  • Place in broiler for 2-4 minutes until cheese just begins to turn golden brown.
  • Serve immediately.

Truly Crispy Oven Baked Chicken Tenders

Beautifully golden, truly crunchy baked chicken tenders! The trick is to toast the breadcrumbs before coating the chicken. See recipe notes for pictured Honey Mustard Dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • BREADCRUMB
  • 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs (Note 1)
  • Oil spray
  • BATTER
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard (or other mustard)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Black pepper
  • CHICKEN
  • 500 g/1 lb chicken tenderloins (or breast cut into 2/3" / 1.5cm thick slices, lengthwise)
  • Oil spray

Instructions





  • Preheat oven to 200C/390F.
  • Spread panko on a baking tray, spray with oil (spray vertically to avoid blowing the panko off the tray), then bake for 3 to 5 minutes until light golden. Transfer to bowl.
  • Place a rack on a baking tray (not critical but bakes more evenly).
  • Place the Batter ingredients in a bowl and whisk with a fork until combined.
  • Add the chicken into the Batter and toss to coat.
  • CRUMBING (SEE VIDEO & PHOTO IN POST)
  • Pick up chicken with tongs and place it into the panko bowl.
  • Sprinkle surface with breadcrumbs, then press down to adhere. Transfer onto baking tray. Marvel at clean fingers, repeat with remaining chicken.
  • Spray lightly with oil, sprinkle with a touch of salt (optional). Bake 15 minutes (medium) or up to 20 minutes if gigantic. Any longer = dried out chicken.
  • Remove from oven and serve immediately, with Sauce of choice (Honey Mustard pictured, see Note 2) and sprinkled with fresh parsley, if desired.

Baked BBQ Chicken Recipe

Easy and healthy baked BBQ chicken - You can whip up the sauce, pour it over chicken breasts, put it in the oven and you're done!





Ingredients :

  • 4 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded to less than 1 inch thickness
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • tbsp butter melted

Instructions :

  • Preheat oven to 375 and lightly grease a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Whisk together Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and next seven ingredients. Pour ⅓ of sauce into prepared baking dish. Place chicken in a single layer on top of sauce. Pour ⅓ of remaining sauce over chicken.
  • Bake chicken 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Top chicken with remaining sauce if desired and serve hot with preferred sides. Enjoy!
